We use Payfast that offers a Secure Payment Gateway, for all transactions

Is VAT charged?
All items are sold inclusive of VAT. If you require a TAX invoice and have not received after checkout, we can provide this for you. Fill in you VAT number at checkout, the Online checkout system will automatically fill in the submitted VAT number when you order products. You can also add your VAT number during the checkout process manually.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.

How can I change delivery address?

How can I get offer of bulk amounts?
You can order normally, by adding your items to the cart and continue to checkout, if your order is more than 5 of an items, please contact us to check stock availability. Discounts are applied for Bulk orders.

Do I have to order online?
Online ordering only, we don't have a build store in a Mall

Do you have the product in stock?
All the products on the website were in stock on time of listing the items. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities. Please see our Term of Service on stock here
